Ann E. Holdcroft

Ann E. Holdcroft, 67, of Zanesville, passed away peacefully in the loving care of Hospice of Central Ohio Crisis Care Team Thursday, August 2, 2018, at Cedar Hill Care Center, Zanesville. She was born March 17, 1951, in Zanesville a daughter of Elizabeth Kirby Holdcroft and the late Robert Ray Holdcroft. Ann worked at Muskingum County Job and Family Services for nineteen years, was an X-Ray technician for Good Samaritan Hospital, and a member of Market Street Baptist Church. In addition to her mother, she is survived by a daughter, Maria (Jason Autry) Holdcroft; a sister, Catherine Smith; aunts, Barbara Dunmead and Mary Lou Kirby; an uncle, Don Cain; and many cousins; close loving friend and advocate Allen Picklesimer; and the Bartoli sisters including Mia and Aubree, who brought much joy to Ann. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her grandparents, Dorothy and Frank Patterson, Ray Holdcroft, and Homer and Nellie Kirby; and aunts and uncles, Betty Holdcroft Harmer, Bonnie Cain, James Kirby, and Don Dunmead. The family would like to thank the staff at Cedar Hill Care Center especially the Activity Department for their loving care. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M on Monday, August 6, 2018, at Market Street Baptist Church, 140 North Sixth Street, Zanesville with Pastor Howard Thompson officiating. She will be laid to rest at Poplar Fork Cemetery, Gratiot.
