Anna R. Littick

Ann Littick, 85, of Zanesville, died at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday, January 13, 2009 at Cedar Hill Care Center. She was born June 28, 1923, in Pleasant Valley, Ohio, a daughter of the late Ross and Goldie Cooper Wise. She was a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church and a volunteer at Junior Bethesda League. Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Dean A. Littick, whom she married September 9, 1945, of the home; a son, Douglas A, Littick of Chillicothe; 4 grandchildren, Richard Meara of Worthington, Deanna (Drue) Shultz of Logan, Matthew Littick Meara of Worthington and Richard Littick of Sykesville, Maryland; 2 great grandchildren, Miciah Littick and William Littick Shultz; a brother, Harvey A. (Sandy) Wise of Mount Vernon; a son-in-law, Dick Meara of Worthington and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters, Karen Littick and Cathy Meara; a brother, Cooper Dean Wise and a sister, Wanda Harris. Friends may call 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Friday, January 16, 2009 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 17, 2009 at the funeral home with Pastor Brian George officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
