Anna Martha Switzer

Anna Martha Switzer, 92, of Norwich died at 5:30 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2006 at her home. She was born May 19, 1914 a daughter of the late Roy and Lena Shipe Blackwood. She was a homemaker and a member of St. Nicholas Catholic Church. Surviving are three daughters, Florence (Robert) Harris of Montclair, CA., Mary (Bill) Pontius of Norwich and Barbara Jean (Russ) Dunn of Ontario, Ca., a son, Ray ( Mary) Switzer of Michigan, 14 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, a brother, Roy (Marg) Blackwood of Indianapolis, Indiana. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Switzer, who died December 17, 2001, a son John Switzer, and three brothers, Luke, Skeet, and Harold Blackwood. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, August 15, 2006 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2006.
