Annette G (Glick) Goodman

Annette "Anne" G. Goodman, 87, of Zanesville, died at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, March 4, 2016, at Brookdale Assisted Living. She was born May 8, 1928, in New York, NY, a daughter of the late Edward and Leila Kaufman Glick. She was a volunteer at the Good Samaritan Hospital and the Animal Shelter Society, and was a member of the Zanesville Country Club and Beth Abraham Synagogue. She is survived by a daughter Janice (Kurt) Downing of Dublin; two sons, Edward (Lenette) Goodman of Derwood, MD and Henry (Beverly) Goodman of Zanesville; a brother Mitchell (Marge) Glick of New York; five grandchildren; and eleven great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Jerome Goodman, who died in 2008. Friends and family may call two hours prior to the funeral which will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 16, 2016, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Rabbi Jeffrey Elson officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Jerome at the Beth Abraham Jewish Cemetery, Zanesville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may made to the Animal Shelter Society: 1430 Newark Road, Zanesville, OH 43701.
