Arthur B. Grigsby Jr.

Arthur B. Grigsby Jr., 57, of Zanesville, formerly of Newark died on July 8, 2016 at his home. He was born on June 15, 1959 in Newark, a son of the late Betty R. Newell Grigsby and Arthur B. Grigsby Sr. He was a carpenter by trade and an avid fisherman. Surviving are his father, Arthur B. Grigsby Sr. of Newark; a daughter, Kaelynne (Alton Burchett) Grigsby of Newark; two sons, Arthur B. (Ashley) Grigsby III of Zanesville and Brent Allen Grigsby of Columbus; six grandchildren, Gavin, Larren, Dakota, Aden, Autumn and Bristol; a sister, Bettina (Fred) Allen of Newark; an aunt, Betty Stemm of Newark; a nephew, Mark George Jr.; a niece, Marisa Grigsby and his loving pet companion, Blue; and several aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to his mother he is preceded in death by a brother, Mark Allen Grigsby. A dignified cremation has taken place. The family will hold a celebration of Arthurs life at a later date.
