Barbara A. Rambo Nolan, age 67, of Sonora transitioned to her forever home with the Lord on November 17, 2021 at Genesis Hospital, Zanesville. She was born June 23, 1954, in Zanesville, a daughter of Eloise Rambo and was a member of the Faith Christian Center on Boggs Road. She was a homemaker, loved to do crafts, and was a devoted Sunday School Teacher for many years, touching the lives of countless children. Barbara especially loved her children and grandchildren.
Surviving are two children, Johnny (Jennifer) and Wendy (Josh); six grandchildren, Isaac, Jordan, Trenton, Aaron, Jacob and Kinley; three siblings, Linda (Rusty) Gill, Bud (Candy) Rambo and Pat (Chuck) Gamble; several nieces and nephews; and special godsons, Tommy, Casey and Dusty.
In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her husband, Larry W. Nolan; a son, Larry W. "Jakey" Nolan Jr.; a granddaughter, Faith and a sister-in-law, Beverly Stanger.
Friends and family may call Sunday, November 21, 2021 from 3 P.M. - 5 PM and 10:00 A.M. until the time of service at 11:00 A.M. on Monday, November 22, 2021 at the Faith Christian Center, 4200 Boggs Road Zanesville with Pastors Chuck and Pat Gamble officiating. She will be laid to rest at St. Paul Cemetery, Sonora beside her loving husband, Larry.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Faith Christian Center.
