Beatrice Marie "Bea" Smith McIntire, 87 of Zanesville died at 9:35 a.m. Friday, January 12, 2007 at Adams Lane Care Center. She was born September 4, 1919 in South Zanesville, a daughter of the late Joseph Calvin and Lydia Anders Smith. Bea was the owner and operator of Mack's Cleaners on Putnam Avenue, was a member of First Church of God in Zanesville, a member of the Eagles Ladies Auxiliary and American Legion Ladies Auxiliary. Surviving are four grandsons; Edward Marlon ( Sandra K.)McIntire, Larry Lee McIntire , Terry Joe McIntire and Clarence Edward, Jr. "Mack" ( Brenda J. ) McIntire, 7 great grandchildren and 6 great great grandchildren Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence Selby McIntire, who died June 14, 1966, a son; Clarence Edward McIntire and a brother Edward and two sisters Goldie and Emma. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Monday, January 15, 2007 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, January 16, 2007 with Pastor Glen Edmondson officiating. Burial will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, January 17, 2007 at Zanesville Memorial Park.
