Bernard E. Miller, 88, of Zanesville, died at 12:18 p.m. at his home. He was born November 30, 1917 in Zanesville, a son of the late Archie O. And Minnie McQuigg Miller. Bernard retired from Brockway Glass as a foreman, was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, member of the Brockway Glass Retiree's Club and was a World War II Army Air Force Veteran. Bernard enjoyed sports all his life, enjoyed woodworking and remodeling and keeping his yard in excellent shape. Surviving is his loving wife of 64 years, Wilma A Factor Miller, whom he married June 10, 1942, of the home, a daughter, Marlene G. Miller of Pittsburgh, PA. and a son, Darryl Miller of Nashport, a sister, Freda Boney of Nashport. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Kenneth B. Miller, who died June 14, 1993 and by a four brothers, Robert B. Miller, Harold C. Miller, Oral F. Miller and Forest J. Miller. Friends may call from 2-6 & 6-8 p.m. Monday, July 31, 2006 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 1, 2006 with Rev. Roy Keyser officiating. Burial will follow at Williams Cemetery with the VFW George Selsam Post 1058 holding full military honors at the grave.
