Betty J (Chester) Knutson

Betty J. Knutson, 68, of Zanesville, died at 9:48 p.m. on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born November 19, 1942 in Dearborn, Michigan, a daughter of the late Irvin and Alice Cunningham Chester. She was a member of the National Wolf Association and loved all animals. She is survived by a daughter, Pennie (Michael) Ring of Zanesville; four grandchildren, Thomas Ring, Hank Ring, Zachary Ring and Andrew Ring; her special dog, Lady and her friends at the AA community in Daytona, Florida. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a son, Keith Alan Sweeney and an infant daughter. No calling hours will be observed, a dignified cremation has taken place. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, is entrusted with all arrangements.
