Betty Lou (Stouder) Morris

Betty Lou Morris, 86, of Zanesville, died at 5:45 A.M. on Tuesday, July 8, 2014, at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born March 13, 1928, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Charles and Jennie Minear Stouder. She retired from NCR in 1989, and was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star Olive Branch Chapter #251 at Duncan Falls. Surviving are a daughter Linda Vaughn of Dublin; three sons, Roger L. (Cynthia) Morris of Pataskala, David M. (Marla) Morris of Zanesville, and William (Robin) Morris of Zanesville; eleven grandchildren; 28 great grandchildren; and six great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Russell Lee Morris who died December 10, 1988; a brother Donald C. Stouder; and a grandson Darin Jason Vaughn. Friends and family may call from 11:00 A.M. until time of the funeral service at 1:00 P.M. on Friday, July 11, 2014, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, with Rev. Stephen Harrop officiating. Eastern Star Service will be held at 12:45 P.M. on Friday, July 11, 2014. She will be laid to rest next to her beloved husband Russell Lee at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
