Betty R. (Wisecarver) Stone

Betty R. Stone, 84, of Zanesville, died at 4:23 p.m. Sunday, January 1, 2012 at her residence. She was born October 20, 1927, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Chancie and Edna Blakney Wisecarver. She enjoyed playing bingo. Surviving are two daughters, Wanda Ramos of Zanesville and Pamela (John) Hennes of Marietta, OH; two sons, David Wisecarver and Brian (Teresa) Stone, both of Zanesville; thirteen grandchildren; nineteen great grandchildren; and four sisters, Dorothy Berkshire, Alice Derwacter, June Dayton and Edith Dayton, all of Zanesville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Mitchell Stone, who died September 30, 1983; a brother, Chancie Wisecarver; and a sister, Marjorie Hampton.
