Brigitte M. Bryant

Brigitte M. Bryant, of Zanesville, passed away on Tuesday, February 20th, 2024. Brigitte was born on July 25th, 1937, in Erfurt, Germany. She was educated in German, French, and English translation and worked as a translator in Germany before she got married. She was an outgoing person who lived life to the fullest. She was a wife and mother who raised three children with her husband. She also had a career as a travel agent in Zanesville which took her on many adventures. Brigitte appreciated art, particularly paintings. She was an avid reader of history. Brigitte was a Christian all her life and attended First Christian Church in recent years.

Survived by her son Robert F. (Jane) Bryant of Portland, Oregon, daughter, Susan L. (Steven) Boyer of Westerville, and grandsons Kenneth and Kurt Boyer of Columbus.

Preceded in death by her father Frederick, her mother Susanne, her brother Peter, her loving husband Robert W. Bryant, and her daughter Sarah E. Banco of Columbus.

Friends and family may call from 4:00 P.M. to 6:00 P.M. Sunday, February 25, 2024, at  the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE OH 43701 where funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M Monday, February 26, 2024, with Rev. Laureen Roe officiating. Brigitte will be laid to rest beside beloved husband Robert at New Concord Cemetery, New Concord Ohio.
