Carole Lynn Lutz

Carole Lynn Lutz, 51, of Zanesville, passed away at 10:00 p.m. Friday, January 1, 2010 at her residence. Carole was born June 8, 1958, in Zanesville, the daughter of Nancy Goff Lewis and the late Robert D. Lutz. She was a member of the First Christian Church Disciples of Christ. Surviving are her mother and step father, Nancy Goff Lewis and Charles E. Lewis of Nashport; two sisters, Catherine (Gregory) Smock of Zanesville and Christina L. Lutz of Nashport; a niece, Sarah C. Smock of Zanesville; a nephew, Shane C. Lutz of Nashport; several aunts, uncles and cousins; and a host of friends and care givers at the Morton Apts. Friends may call 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, January 5, 2010 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, January 6, 2010 at the funeral home with Aaron B. Phillips officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Morton Park Activity Center Fund, 440 Park Ave., Zanesville Ohio.
