Chad E. Perry

Chad Everett Perry, 40, of Zanesville, died Friday, February 27, 2015, at his home. He was born October 4, 1974, in Zanesville, a son of the late Charles Lee Perry Sr. and Sharon Kay Kuhn Perry. Chad graduated from Maysville High School Class of 1993 and had attended Ohio University- Zanesville. Surviving are his fiancée, Cynthia VanGilder, of the home; a brother, Charles L. (Shelly) Perry Jr.; a nephew, Charles Wayne Perry of Zanesville; step-children, Daniel Shaver and Emma Shaver both of Zanesville; step-grandson, Eric Bryan Shaver of Zanesville; several cousins and many, many friends. A Celebration of Life Service for Chad will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, March 7, 2015 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATORY, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE with members of the family and friends officiating. Memorial contributions may be made to The Animal Shelter Society, Inc., 1430 Newark Road, Zanesville, Ohio 43701 in memory of Chad.
