Charles W. Cantwell

Charles W. Cantwell, 90, of Zanesville, died at 12:10 A.M. on Sunday, December 20, 2020 at Cedar Hill Care Center. He was born December 23, 1929, in Toronto, Ohio a son of the late Luther and Laura (Gifford) Cantwell. He was a United States Air Force Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict and was a school bus driver for the Columbus City Schools. Charles was a member of Meadow Farm United Methodist Church, VFW Post 1058, and American Legion Post 29.

He is survived by a daughter, Linda Cantwell; two grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Beverly (Bucher) Cantwell who died November 22, 2019 and two sisters, Roberta Butcher and Mary Griffiths.
