Charles H. “Chuck” Shuster, 71, of Malta, died on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark. He was born July 15, 1952, in Cambridge, Ohio, son of the late Dwight and Lois (Knapp) Shuster. Chuck was a veteran of the United States Army, he worked for Ludowici Roof Tile. Chuck was a “Jack of all trades master of none”, working in construction, a welder, a mechanic, he did it all. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, fixing cars, a huge NASCAR fan and loved his Harley.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-five years, Deborah (Scheffler) Shuster whom he married July 15, 1999; a daughter Rebecca Shuster; two step-sons, Matthew Fulk and Chistopher Fulk; Grandchildren, Lane Mitchell, Abby Quinn and Layla Snodgrass; great grandson, Logan; two brothers, Thomas (Heather) Ferguson and Michael Ferguson; two furry friends and faithful companions, Missy and Molly.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sister, Ida Rennard and a brother, Dwight Junior and his loyal pet and companion Joe.
A cremation will take place under the direction of the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.
A Celebration of Life service will be held at another date.
