Charlotte Eileen Wolfe

Charlotte Eileen Wolfe, 89, of Zanesville, died at 7:45 a.m. Tuesday, April 10, 2007 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. She was born March 16, 1918 in Pleasant City, Ohio , a daughter of the late William and Charlotte "Lottie" Bender Wolfe. She had been a resident of Muskingum Co., since her parents and family relocated to Sandy Lane ( Route 6 ) Salt Creek Township in 1935. Charlotte graduated from Chandlersville High School in 1935 and worked for many years for Timken Roller Bearings on Linden Avenue ( during and after World War II) . She owned B&W Used Cars on Linden Avenue and was a member of Carlwick Grange. Surviving are many nieces and nephews, John "Butch" (Delores) Wolfe of Philo, Joanne Lemley of Duncan Falls, Kenny (Linda) Wolfe of Phoenix, Arizona, William (Laura) Wolfe of Glendale, Arizona, Mrs. Robert (Carol) Wolfe of Covington, Washington, Mary Lou (Gene) Staker, Ron (Linda) Wolfe, Dan (Wilma) Wolfe, David (Brenda) Wolfe, Donald (Vicky) Wolfe, Steve (Vickie) Wolfe, Cheryl Ann Kinkead all of Zanesville, Shirley Wilbur of Nevada, Janet Wolfe of California, Melisa Lyons of Colorado and Pam Fink of Texas; sister-in-laws, Marie Wolfe and Eleanor Wolfe of Zanesville, Mary Wolfe of Duncan Falls, a foster daughter, Deana Stamm of Zanesville and close and special friends, Larry and Jane Hittle of Zanesville. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph, John, Frank, Lewis, William "Willy", Robert , Daniel H. Wolfe and a nephew, Robert Lee Wolfe. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday, April 12, 2007 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, April 13, 2007 at the funeral home with Rev. Rob Turner officiating. Burial will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Zanesville.
