Clarence “Bud” Pierce Roberts, 86, of Zanesville, died at 1:55 P.M. on Saturday, May 16, 2020 at The Oaks at Northpointe, Zanesville. He was born April 22, 1934, in Zanesville, a son of the late Clarence Pierce and Edna Mitchell Roberts. He was a Catholic by faith and a United States Marine Veteran serving during the Korean Conflict. He worked as a Culinary Arts Instructor at the Vocational School and was an Executive Chef at Bryan’s Place, the Zanesville Country Club, and Hall’s Brown Cow.
He is survived by a son, Timothy Michael (Rosalind Tyo) Roberts; six grandchildren; and fourteen great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Morton and Michael Roberts.
Private family services will be held with Father Martin Ralko officiating. Burial will be at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
