Clark C. Nicholson

Clark C. Nicholson, 75, of Nashville, TN, formerly of Zanesville, died at 12:25 P.M. on Friday, October 28, 2022, at Alive Hospice in Nashville.

He was born January 26, 1947, in Zanesville to the late Clarence C. and Ruth G. (Collins) Nicholson. For over twenty-five years he worked at Nicholson Refrigeration Heating and Air Conditioning Co. alongside his father, Clarence.  Upon moving to Nashville to be close to his youngest daughter, Clark pursued his love of business, sales and restaurant equipment.  He later became a real estate agent earning awards for his work.  He was a member of the First Church of the Nazarene Nashville for 27 years where he received the Volunteer of the Year award for his devoted work with his church family.

Clark never knew a stranger and would converse with anyone he crossed paths with.  During his final days he enjoyed listening to hymns and could be seen lifting his hand in praise to The Lord.

Surviving are his two daughters, Constance Neely Nicholson of Mesquite, TX and Dr. Kimberly Nicholson-Eaton of Franklin, TN; and his sister Beverly Nicholson and brother in law Dr. Saad Elazazy of Roseville, CA.

A graveside service will be held at 11 AM on Tuesday, November 1, 2022, at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville with Pastor Anthony Thomas officiating.   Following the graveside service a Celebration of Life will be held at 12:30 PM at Coburn United Methodist Church, 3618 Maple Ave, in Zanesville.

In Lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Nashville First Church of the Nazarene, 510 Woodland St, Nashville, TN 37206.
