David L. Baldwin

David L. Baldwin, 75, of Zanesville, died at 10:22 p.m. on Wednesday, October 31, 2018 at The Oaks at Bethesda. He was born on May 24, 1943 in Zanesville. He had worked at Racine Fluid Power for 29 years and then retired from Hydro Supply Company of Zanesville after ten years of service. David's passions were old cars and car shows. Surviving are his loving wife, Carol A. Coble Baldwin whom he married February 19, 1966; a daughter, Krista (Terry) Johnson; a son, Christopher (Heba) Baldwin; grandchildren, Kyle Baldwin, Jenna Baldwin, Michael Johnson, Jennifer Driggs and Chad Johnson; five great grandchildren; and a great-great grandson. In addition to his mother, Wilma Baldwin Gooding, he was preceded in death by his step-father, John D. Gooding. Friends and family may call from 5-8 p.m. on Saturday, November 3, 2018 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Sunday, November 4, 2018 with Chaplain Tim Patton officiating. David will be laid to rest at Muskingum Presbyterian Cemetery, Nashport. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Genesis Hospice- Morrison House, 713 Forest Avenue, Zanesville, OH 43701.
