Dollie Phyllis Roberts

Dollie Phyllis Roberts, 86, of South Zanesville died at 12:45 P.M. on Saturday, July 21, 2018 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. She was born November 25, 1931 in Barberton, Oh a daughter of the late George and Beatrice Wood. Dollie never knew a stranger, she enjoyed talking to everyone. She found joy in going to the local farmer's market with her daughters and waitressing and greeting at Captain D's. Dollie and Gary spent many years together camping, boating and motorcycling. She is survived by her husband, Gary J. Roberts, whom she married August 29, 1975; six children, Donna (Rick) Ryan of Warsaw, Debbie (Warren) Baughman of Zanesville, Darlene Bush of South Zanesville, David "Chevy" Ford of South Zanesville, Deedee (Cris) Nelson of Mount Pleasant, SC and Mike "Dodge" (Keya) Roberts of Zanesville; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren, five great-great grandchildren and lots of dear friends. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by four brothers.
