Donna L. (Cleveland) Lucas

Donna L. Lucas, 89, of Zanesville, died at 12:01 a.m. Saturday, October 29, 2022, at Clay Gardens Place, Zanesville. She was born May 18, 1933, in Zanesville, Ohio a daughter of the late Myrtle Wallace and Louis Cleveland. Donna was a 1951 graduate of Lash High School. She was a home maker and devoted mother; she was also a loyal member of Maranatha Bible Church. She loved puzzling, mysteries, studying her Bible and spending time with her grandchildren and with her best friend, her husband Earl.

She is survived by daughters, Lori Baker, and Lisa (Jon) Cronin; grandchildren, Caleb (Kate) Baker, Renae Elliott, Madison Elliott, Matthew (Donte) Elliott, Rachel Cronin and Adam Cronin and great grandchildren, Allis Baker, Layla, Lennon, Oliver Cronin and Brandon Ranson.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl F. Lucas, who died January 24, 2022, her brother, Louis (Junior) Cleveland, and sister, Marjorie Vernon.

Friends and family may call from 4-6 P.M. Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, November 3, 2022 with Pastor Chris Brown officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband Earl at Zanesville Memorial Park, Zanesville.
