Dora Rosalene Clegg, 91, of Zanesville, died at 5:45P.M. on Saturday, October 31, 2015, at Brookdale Zanesville. She was born December 6, 1923, in Norwich, a daughter of the late Jesse E. and Nettie A. Tucker Sharrock. She retired in 1989 from the shipping and receiving department at General Electric Corporation, and was a member of Norwich United Presbyterian Church, DAR and the Salvation Army Women's Auxiliary. She was known for her pie and cookie baking, and especially for her homemade buttercream candy at Christmas. She is survived by a son Jeff (Cindy) Clegg of Zanesville; two daughters, Joy (Tim) Arnold and Jane (Rick) Luman, all of Zanesville; eight grandchildren, Kim Willis, Hayley (Quay) DeVoll, Cody Clegg, Casie (Oretho) Abello, Todd (Michelle) Arnold, Jill (Kevin) Martin, Heath (Joelle) Luman and Courtney (Dan) Bohlman; thirteen great grandchildren; and two great great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Edwin J. Clegg, who died in 1979; and a son Richard "Dick" Clegg; and two sisters, Catherine Russell and Ruth Mason. Friends and family may call from 2:00-4:00 P.M. and 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, November 6, 2015, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, November 7, 2015. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
