Doris Ressler

Doris M. Ressler, 88, of Springfield, formerly of Zanesville died at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 21, 2005 at her home. She was born May 11, 1917, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Harry and Edith Baker Lemert. Surviving are a son, David Ressler of Phoenix, Arizona, a daughter, Edith (Larry) Lookabaugh of Springfield, two grandchildren, Dustin (Kathy) Bee of Zanesville and Alissa Bee of Springfield, and a great grandson, Slade Joseph Bee, two sisters, Betty Kent of Mississippi and Mary (Robert) Powell of Arizona. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Ressler and two brothers, Forest and Ernest Lemert. Friends may call from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, May 25, 2005 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, May 26, 2005 at the funeral home with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Olive Cemetery, Zanesville.
