Dorothy A. Browning, age 91, of 1136 Adair Ave., Zanesville, Ohio, died at 1:35 a.m. Monday, January 17, 2005, at the Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born August 11, 1913, in Blue Rock, Ohio, the daughter of the late Howard and Bessie Frazier Miller. She was the former owner and operator of Browning Flowers at South Zanesville and for several years operated a flower stand at the Farmers Market. Surviving are two daughters, Jo Ann (Jack)Hune of Lehigh Acres, FL.and Sharon (Allen) French of Philo Oh., twelve grandchildren, Chris Hune of Columbus Oh, Jim Hune of Lehigh Acres, FL, Linda Glover of Fort Myers, FL., Dave Hune of Cape Coral, FL., Sue Sadler of Randoph, N. J., Carol Arthur of Delaware, Oh, John Hune of Fort Myers, FL., Mary Conley of Westerville Oh., Kathy Butcher of Bidwell Oh., Karen Taylor of Bidwell Oh., Kelly Patrick of Gallipolis Oh., and Aaron French of Zanesville, Oh., and twenty great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, H. Allen Browning (2/25/1968),one son Howard Browning, one sister, Betty Willey, one brother, Paul Miller, and one grandson William A. French. Friends may call 2 to 4 & 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, January 21, 2005 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville, Ohio. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, January 22, 2005 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home with the Rev. Russell White officiating. Burial will follow at the New Hope Cemetery near Adamsville, Oh.
