E. Louella Gooden Keller, 95, of Zanesville, died at 2:50 p.m. Tuesday, January 9, 2007 at the Willow Haven Care Center. She was born July 9, 1911, in McConnelsville, the daughter of the late J. Byron and Mabel Wortman Gooden. Louella was a member of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church, a former bookkeeper and a employee at the former Fitz Jewelery Store as a buyer and designer. Surviving are her son, Jeffrey M. (Janice) Keller of Zanesville; two grandchildren, Jason M. (Robin) Keller of Erie Pa. and Jennifer M. (Matt) McCollister of New Albany Oh; two great granddaughters, Emma C. McCollister and Addison G. McCollister of New Albany; one great grandson, Logan M. Keller of Erie Pa. and several nieces & nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Frank Keller, who died June 3, 2006; by one sister, Esther Manion and by two brothers, Charles Gooden and Lester Gooden. Graveside services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, January 11, 2007 at Zanesville Memorial Park with Dr. Richard Boyer officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to the Keller Memorial Scholarship Fund, c/o UBS Finanicial, 1100 Brandywine Blvd., Zanesville, Ohio, 43701. The Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville are entrusted with all arrangements.
