Eldon Carroll Stevens

Eldon Carroll Stevens, 80, of Mt. Perry, died at 8:36 P.M. on Sunday, January 15, 2017 at Licking Memorial Hospital, Newark. He was born November 30, 1936 to the late Clifford M. and Mildred M. (Stephens) Stevens. He was a United States Army Veteran. He was employed by Columbia Cement for twenty seven years and also Techic Glass in Columbus for seven years. Eldon was a member of the Church of God - Gods Acres in Newark. He is survived by his wife of fifty-one years, Linda J. Stevens, whom he married April 6, 1965; children, Jason M. (Stacey) Stevens of Zanesville, Gregory A. Stevens of Mt. Perry, , Aranya (Albert) McCoy of Pataskala, Anne Burns of Reynoldsburg, Melissa Morgan of Zanesville, Brian (Maryanne) Jamison of Newark, Johna (Frank) Marshall of Brooklyn, New York, and Bryan Brown of Reynoldsburg; five grandchildren, Dylan Adam Stevens, Aarek, Aran, Azariah, and Adonijah Eldon Jamison; and a sister, Caroyln (Van) Woods of Hopewell. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by Odie C. Smith, a brother buddy.
