Eleanor R. (Bradford) Foster

Eleanor R. Foster, 90, of Sunbury, died at 5:25 A.M. on Monday, November 11, 2013, at Kobacker House, Columbus. She was born May 22, 1923, in Adamsville, a daughter of the late Isaac and Zella Wertes Bradford. She was a graduate of Adamsville High School, had worked as a Teller for Century National Bank, and as a Clerk for GMC. She was a member of South Zanesville United Methodist Church and Order of the Eastern Star #52. Surviving are a son Geary (Carol) Foster of Sunbury; four grandchildren Chad (Trina) Foster, Holly (Mark) Fasone, Brian Ries, and Brent Ries; three great grandchildren, Giana and Dominic Fasone, and Chase Foster; and two sisters Helen Shirer of Zanesville and Katherine Ferrell of Zanesville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband William Foster who died in 1996. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, November 14, 2013, with calling two hours prior, at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, with Rev. Joy French officiating. She will be laid to rest beside her beloved husband William at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Kobacker House: 800 McConnell Drive, Columbus, Ohio, 43214.
