Elizabeth "Lena" (Powell) Lambert

Elizabeth Lena (Powell) Lambert, of Zanesville, died Saturday, December 14, 2024, at 10:00 P.M. at Cedar Hill Healthcare and Rehabilitation. Lena was born, April 24, 1937, in Noble County, a daughter of the late Raymond and Lola (Stoneking) Wilson. Lena was an avid baker and gardener. She also enjoyed visiting Amish Country. Lena worked as an activity director in nursing homes.

Lena is survived by five children, Jane Dyer, John Powell, Judy (Lee) Camp, Jerry Powell, and Jason (John) Powell; grandchildren, Angela (Will) McGraw, Mike (Liz) Gibbons Camp, Chris (Courtney) Camp, Tammy Becht, Brandi Powell, Joe Powell, and Justin Powell. Lena had thirteen great-grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, Lena was preceded in death by her husband Gene Lambert; a brother. Lawrence Wilson; her son, Jeff Powell; and a daughter-in-law Liz Powell.

A cremation will take place under the direction of the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE.
