Elsie L. Wright

ELSIE L. WRIGHT, age 84, of Zanesville, died at 10:10 pm Tuesday, May 11, 2004 at her residence surrounded by her family..She was born July 2, 1919 in Zanesville, the daughter of the late Raymond and Pansy Nutt Spinks. Mrs. Wright was a retired bookkeeper for the E. L. Wright Typewriter Sales and Service, was a member of the Trinity United Presbyterian Church, a charter member and past president of the La Sertoma Club. She was an avid bowler and golfer. Surviving are her husband, Robert E. Wright Sr.of the home, one son, Robert E. (Ruth) Wright Jr.of Zanesville, three daughters, Charlene (Donald) Noland of Hopewell, Penny (Steve) Core of Davenport FL.,and Susan (Raymond) Kuhn of Nashport,one sister, Vera Romine of Louisville, KY., one brother Ronald (Debbie)Apperson of Zanesville, nineteen grandchildren, thirty five great grandchildren and a loving friend, Dixie Norris of Zanesville. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister Dorothy Spinks, by one brother Clarence Spinks and two grandsons, Timothy Miller and Jimmy Noland. Friends may call 2:00 to 4:00 and 6:00 to 8:00 pm Thursday, May 13, 2004 at the Bolin Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave. Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Friday, May 14, 2004 at the Bolin Funeral Home with Dr. Richard Boyer officiating. Burial will follow in Zanesville Memorial Park.
