Eva Louise McInturf, 92, of Xenia, died at 3:00 p.m. Friday, January 2, 2009 at Springfield Masonic Home. She was born February 27, 1916, in Penn Township in Morgan County, a daughter of the late Willard and Bessie Scott Llewellyn. She was a registered nurse for 46 years, having been employed at the Grant Medical Center. She later retired after 22 years of service as a nurse for Genesis Good Samaritan Medical Center. She was a member of the Euclid Avenue United Methodist Church in Zanesville and Order of Eastern Star Chapter 19 in McConnelsville. Surviving are a son, John Michael (Sandra) McInturf of Xenia; two grandchildren, Shawn Michael McInturf and Kristie Lynn McInturf; a half brother, Larry Llewellyn of Manchaca, Texas. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dolph McInturf, who died August 24, 2006; a sister, Helen Harrison; two half brothers, Bert and Jack Llewellyn. Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, January 5, 2009 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where the Order of Eastern Star will hold services at 7:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday, January 6, 2009 at the funeral home with Rev. Clarence M. Dinnen officiating. Burial will follow at Pennsville Cemetery, Pennsville.
