Glenn Huffman, 75, of Zanesville died Tuesday, March 22, 2005 at 2:49 p.m. at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born August 25, 1929 in Coshocton Co., Ohio a son Ethel Dickerson Wright of Coshocton and the late Gilford David Huffman. He retired from Brockway Glass, was a veteran of the Korean Conflict serving in the U.S. Marines, Life member of the D.A.V., life member of the Marine Corps League, American Legion and a member of Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church. Surviving in addition to his mother, is his wife, Marjorie L. Clapper Huffman, two sons, Jeffrey G. (Julie) Huffman and David L. ( Angel) Huffman both of Zanesville, two daughters, Linda D. ( James) Vernon of Dresden and Vickie A. (Brad) Sharp of Dublin, seven grandchildren, Lori (Mark) McNichols, Lisa (Ron) Allender, Josh Sharp, Ryan Huffman, Clinton Huffman, Bryce Huffman and Dallas Huffman, two great grandchildren, Ethan McNichols and Ryann Allender, a brother, Everette (Barbara) Huffman of Zanesville and two half sisters, Mary Plants of Newcomerstown and Myrtle Urey of Bloomingdale. Friends may call from 10:00 a.m. till service time Thursday, March 24, 2005 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at Noon Thursday at the funeral home with Rev. Lee Ann Dunlap officiating. Burial will follow at Chandlersville Cemetery, Chandlersville. VFW George Selsam Post 1058 will hold full military rites at the grave.
