Frances M. Walsh, 85, of Zanesville, died at 3:15 p.m. Monday, November 5, 2007 at her residence. She was born March 26, 1922, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Clarence A. and Iva M. Ferry Adams. She was an artist of oil paintings, mostly of scenes. Surviving are two daughters, Linda (Charles) Pride Sr. and Debra (Jeff) Dutro, both of Zanesville; three sons, Teddy Lee (Carol) Erwine of St. Louis, Missouri, Thomas D. (Janice) Walsh of Bradenton, Florida and Gary Ellis Walsh of Zanesville; 15 grandchildren, Jeff Erwine, Jerry (Joan) Erwine, Janet (Tom) Mizwicki, Tina Luby, Eric Pride, Chad Pride, Julie (Charlie) Gebhart, Dean (Ann) Walsh, John Walsh, James (Heather) Walsh, George Walsh, Britni (Mike) Gross, Jessica Walsh, Alison (Chris) Yeager and Glenn Dutro and twenty three great-grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Glenn R. Erwine, who died in 1945 and her second husband, Ellis R. Walsh, who died in 1976. No calling hours will be observed. A private family burial will take place at Woodlawn Cemetery at a later date. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home and Cremation Service, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville are entrusted with arrangements.
