Frank Sobolewski

Frank C. Sobolewski, 87, of Zanesville, died at 10:30 a.m. Sunday, September 25, 2005 at his residence. He was born May 15, 1918 in Steubenville, to the late Frank and Alexandria Sobolewski. He was a member of the St. Stanislaus Catholic Church and an Army Veteran of WWII. Surviving is his daughter, Christine Sobolewski of Zanesville. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Ida Sobolewski, two brothers, John and Stanley, and a sister, Mary. A graveside funeral service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Friday, October 7, 2005 at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Steubenville with Monsignor George Yontz officiating. The Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad will hold full military rites at the grave. A caring cremation has taken place by the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home & Cremation Services located at 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, Ohio 43701.
