Frederick K. Bell, 71, of Frazeysburg, died at 12:08 P.M., on Monday, September 3, 2018, at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House, Zanesville. He was born May 27, 1947, in Zanesville, a son of the late Robert and Elizabeth Mangold Bell. He was a graduate of Frazeysburg High School and graduated from Ohio State University. He was a teacher, worked for NGO Propane, and was a member of Coburn United Methodist Church. Frederick was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed his family more than anything. He is survived by his wife, Debbie Powell Bell whom he married July 12, 1968; a son, Jeff (Kristina) Bell; a daughter, Brenda (Paul) Heil; six grandchildren, Alexus Bell, Lane Heil, Kylie Bell, Amber Heil, Owen Bell, and Ty Heil; a brother, Chuck (Sue) Bell; and two special nieces, Charlene (Jeff) Lake and Jennifer (John) Arganbright. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister-in-law, Dixie Bell. A Cremation-With-Care will take place and friends and family may call from 5:00 - 8:00 P.M. on Friday, September 7, 2018 at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE where funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M. on Saturday, September 8, 2018, with Pastor Justin Williams officiating.
