Gaynelle L. (Wentworth) Archer

Gaynelle Louise Archer, 83, of Zanesville, Ohio, passed away at 6:29 P.M. Thursday, May 26, 2016, under the care of Genesis Hospital in Zanesville. She was born June 4, 1932, in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Ira and Mary E. Lutz Wentworth. Gaynelle will forever be remembered for the sweet and caring woman she was. Gaynelle has touched many peoples hearts and enriched many lives. She loved being in the kitchen cooking anything and everything. She loved spending time with friends and family more than anything and always put family first. She cared deeply for others and would do anything for anyone. In Gaynelles earlier years, she loved shooting guns, family events, and enjoyed camping. She enjoyed collecting dolls and angels, going shopping at stores and spending time with friends and family around the holidays. She was always able to bring smiles to everyones faces and fill everyones life with much laughter. She attended church at Trinity Lutheran. Surviving are her husband of 52 years, Charles H. Chuck Archer Jr. of the home; sons, Randy P. (Tina) Archer of Roseville, Scott A. (Tammy) Archer of Zanesville and Terry E. Krouskoupf; grandchildren Eric (Ashley) Archer, Erin Archer, James Archer, Casey Archer, Cole Carpenter, Paige Carpenter; great grandchild Ryan Foster; and a very special niece Carol Smith. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by a sister, Jessie M. Roberts; and a brother, Gary T. Wentworth. Friends and family may call from 2-4 & 6-8 P.M. Tuesday, May 31, 2016, at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Wednesday, June 1, 2016, with Rev. Larry Kudart officiating. She will be laid to rest at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery. Gaynelle will forever be greatly missed but the memories of her will forever be with us.
