George W. Barlow, 70, formerly of Zanesville, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2006, at his home on Persimmon Circle, Edgewater, FL., surrounded by family, friends and loved ones. Mr. Barlow was born November 2, 1935, in Zanesville. Mr. Barlow was a professional photographer and was a charter member of the Falls Township Volunteer Fire Department before moving to the Florida area 30 years ago. Mr. Barlow was owner of Trend Advertising, Inc., active in the Edgewater Fire Rescue Department and Association and a Master Mason Masonic Order Lodge of Amity. Surviving are his wife of 52 years, M. Sue Simmons Barlow, of the home; one daughter, Mashon (Stephen) Prater of Edgewater; twin sons, Trevor (Lea) and Tracey (Laurie) Barlow of Edgewater; one sister, Eleanor Gardner of Texas and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a son, George Robert Barlow. Memorial services will be held at 6 p.m. Friday, September 22, 2006 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville with Kinsey Tanner officiating. Lafayette Lodge #79 F&AM will hold Masonic Lodges at 5:45 p.m. on Friday at the funeral home. Graveside services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday, September 23, 2006 at Zanesville Memorial Park.
