Gilbert Nach

Gilbert Nach, 89, of Zanesville, died at 2:15 a.m. Thursday, October 16, 2008 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. He was born July 2, 1919, in New Castle, Pennsylvania, a son of the late Benjamin I. and Pearl Weinberg Nach. He was a retired stock broker and a US Army World War II Veteran. Surviving are his wife, Joan Diana Symons Nach, whom he married December 25, 1945, of the home; two nephews, Steve Arnow of Cincinnati and Fred Arnow of California and a niece, Betsy Marateck of Pennsylvania. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Maxine J. Arnow. No calling hours will be observed. A caring cremation has taken place. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville is entrusted with all arrangements.
