Golda E. McMillen, 90, of Zanesville, died at 12:40 a.m. Thursday, April 12, 2007 at Genesis Extend Care and Rehab Center. She was born September 13, 1916, in Braxton, WV, a daughter of the late William B. And Fannie E. Garber Knicely. She was a member of Calvary Baptist Church and a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Juanita G. (James) McKnight of Dresden; five grandchildren, Rhonda ( Matthew) Cornelius of Zanesville, Shane (Rachel) Travis of Dresden, Heather Travis of Columbus, James Darrell Travis of Dresden and Betty (Daniel) Baley of St. Louis, MO.; six great grandchildren; a great-great grandchild; three sisters, Lucile (William) Davis of New Concord, Evelyn (Loren) Morrison of Philo and Jane L. Blackstone of New Concord; two brothers, Albert William Knicely of Springfield and Donald (Linda) Knicely of Adamsville. Besides her parents she was preceded in death by six brothers, Valley, Dana, Warrick Edward, Gaylord, Rodney Laurel and Phillip Knicely. Graveside services will take place at 11:30 a.m. Saturday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery at New Concord with Rev. Randy Mullins officiating.
