Harold L. Perry

Harold L. "Luke" Perry, 70, of Zanesville, died at 3:15 p.m. Thursday, April 13, 2006 at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital emergency room. He was born October 21, 1935, in Zanesville, a son of the late Harold B. And Emma C. Carroll Perry. He was a member of Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church, retired from the Bonded Oil Company as manager after 32 years of service. Luke was a member of Eagles Lodge # 302 and enjoyed spending time with his children and grandchildren. Surviving are his wife, Cynthia S. James Perry, whom he married February 6, 1965, of the home, two daughters, Jane (James) Ford and Beth (Michael) Ponsler , all of Zanesville, a son, Darrell (Catherine) Perry of Calabash, NC. and four grandchildren, Thomas, Joseph, Zachary and Chase, two sisters, Betty Tarman of Baltimore, Oh and Mary Graves of Zanesville. Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Rita Lafferty. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Monday, April 17, 2006 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville where funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, April 18, 2006 with Rev. Keith Lingsch officiating. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
