Helen A. Jack Moore, 90, of Zanesville, died at 9:30 A.M. on Monday, August 17, 2015, at Brookdale-Zanesville. She was born December 11, 1924, in Muskingum County, a daughter of the late Wilbur and Rosetta Boyer Merriam. She had worked as a Sales Associate for J.C. Penny and was a member of First Christian Church. Surviving are a son Dan Edward (Bonnie) Jack of Dallas, TX; a daughter Sondra (Joe) Stitt of Zanesville; two sisters, Mary Jane Berwinkle and Dorothy Clark, both of Zanesville; four grandchildren; eight great grandchildren; and two great great grandsons. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Harry E. Jack, who died in 1984; her second husband Wilbur Edward Moore, who died August 1, 2010; four sisters, Juanita Williamson, Katherine Snack, Hildred Bednarczuk and Annabelle Ripley; and a brother Norman Merriam. Friends and family may call from 5:00-8:00 P.M. on Friday, August 21, 2015, at the BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE, ZANESVILLE, and one hour prior to the service which will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Saturday, August 22, 2015, at First Christian Church, 3000 Dresden Road, Zanesville, with Rev. Dawn Remster officiating. She will be laid to rest next to her first husband Harry at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
