Helen C. Moorhead, 78, of Nashport, died at 7:58 a.m. Wednesday, July 11, 2007 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. She was born June 19, 1929, in Westerville, Ohio, a daughter of the late James L. and Vesta Allberry Lambert. She was a retired LPN, enjoyed scrapbooking, quilting and building doll houses. Surviving are two daughters, Vesta "Diane" Fell of Zanesville and Nada Kay (Larry) Garvin of South Zanesville; a son, James E. Myers of Nashport; five grandchildren, Penelope Ann "Penny" McKinney, Joel Alan Myers, Jarred Richard Myers, Christina Kay Willey and Chance Alan Garvin; two great grandchildren, Caeden M. Willey and Caleb M. Willey; a sister, Grace E. Pence of Dresden; numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Richard M. Myers, who died in 1974; her second husband, Charles Moorhead, who died in 1985; a daughter, Bertha Alice Myers; a sister, Thelma C. Lewis and a son-in-law, Carl C. Fell. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, July 13, 2007 at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery.
