Irene B. Howard

Irene B. Howard, age 89, of Zanesville, Ohio, died at 5:55 p.m. Saturday, May 28, 2005 at Willow Haven Nursing Home. She was born February 22, 1916 in Morgan County, the daughter of the late Garner B. and Roxie Brown Ritchey. Mrs. Howard was a member of the Faith United Methodist Church. Surviving are three daughters, Marjeane (Fred) Hammer of Blue Rock, Paulette (Mark) Roberts of Pinedale WY., and Jana (Michael) Wilson of Indiana PA., a son, Richard L. (Emma Kay) Howard of Zanesville, eleven grandchildren, Kristi, Kevin, Amy, Scott, Jill, Lindy, Abby, Tyler, Laramie, Jessica, Cody, and six great grandchildren. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Richard K. Howard who died November 6, 1996 and by a brother Leonard Ritchey. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at the Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville with the Pastor Keith Lingsch officiating. Friends may call 11:00 a.m. Wednesday till service time at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
