Isabelle L. (Talbert) Fulkerson

Isabelle L. Talbert Fulkerson, 86, of Zanesville, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday, June 30, 2012 at 6:30 p.m. at Genesis Good Samaritan Hospital. She was born on December 8, 1925 in McCuneville, Ohio, the daughter of the late Emannuel and Geneva Cook Talbert. She was a homemaker for most of her life, a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Surviving are her sons, Richard( Karen) Fulkerson Jr. of South Zanesville and Ronald Fulkerson of Zanesville; three grandchildren, Kristy Fulkerson, Vicky (Scott) Kirk and Rick (Lisa) Fulkerson; great grandchildren, Kyle (Mykah) Fulkerson, Jenna Bates, Jamie Bates, Hannah Fulkerson and Miley Fulkerson; a great great grandson Brantley Fulkerson due in August; a sister, Ruby Ross of Zanesville. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of 40 years, Richard Fulkerson Sr., who died December 4, 1989, and sisters, Rehma Cannon, Virginia Paisley Llewellan and Mildred Talbert; brothers, Stanley Talbert, Clifford Talbert, Eddie Talbert and Elbert Talbert. Friends and family may call from 11:00 - 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, July 5, 2012 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville, where the funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. with Pastor Gary Bennett officiating. Isabelle will be laid to rest next to her husband, Richard, at Zanesville Memorial Park Cemetery, Zanesville.
