Jack W. Campbell, 68, of Nashport, died at 6:57 P.M. on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Genesis Hospital ICU, Zanesville. He was born July 5, 1954 in Zanesville, a son of the late Orla A. and Nellie (Fulkerson) Campbell. He worshiped God by attending First Church of God in Zanesville, he worked at Burnham Foundry and was a volunteer at Genesis Hospital, in his later years he enjoyed his retirement job as a valet attendant at Genesis Cancer Center. He was a member of Irville Masonic Lodge #184, 32nd DEG-Valley of Cambridge, Eastern Star Olive Branch #251 and Amrou Grotto. He was a lifetime member of AM Vets post 51 of Thornville, American Legion, VFW post 1058, and the Eagles of Buckeye Lake. He was a Veteran of the US Army and the Army National Guard.
Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Cindy Campbell whom he married October 5, 1997; a brother Robert (Martha) Campbell Sr.; Daniel (Sarah) Campbell; two grandchildren Jordan and Alyssa Campbell of Newark; two brother in laws, Terry (Robin) Vandenbark and Robert Vandenbark; two step-grandchildren, Casey Grisby and Mason (Samantha) McClintock; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by a son, Jack “Jay” Campbell Jr., 2 brothers John H. Campbell and Raymond P. Campbell, a sister Nancy M. Campbell, and Tom Campbell.

Sunday, 25 2022 at THE BOLIN-DIERKES FUNERAL HOME, 1271 BLUE AVENUE ZANESVILLE with one hour of calling prior to funeral services beginning at 11:00AM Monday, 26 2022 at the First Church of God, 1930 Newark Road, Zanesville with Dr. Gail Campbell officiating. Irville Lodge #184 will hold Masonic Services at 6:30 P.M. with Eastern Star Olive Branch #251 services to follow on Sunday at the Funeral Home. United States Army in conjunction with the VFW George Selsam post #1058 will hold Military Honors following services at the Church on Monday.
