Jack Daniels Page, 43, of Columbus, died at 7:54 a.m. Monday, November 7, 2005 at Grant Hospital, Columbus. He was born August 28, 1962 in Columbus, a son of Carl "Jabo" Page of Zanesville and F. Vaynette Byrd Page of Columbus. He was a catholic by faith, was self-employed, was an avid lover of The Ohio State Buckeyes and enjoyed Culinary Arts. Surviving in addition to his parents is his sister, Jami Byrd Page of Columbus, step-mother, Saundra K. Mattingly Page of Zanesville, a step-sister, Carly Christine Ziemer and his grandmother, Juanita J. Mattingly. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Charles F. And Mildred M. Page. No calling Hours will be held. Private services for family only will be held Monday, November 14, 2005 at Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 1271 Blue Avenue, Zanesville. Burial will follow at Zanesville Memorial Park.
