Jacqueline M. Barbour, 49, of Zanesville, died at 6:00 p.m. Tuesday November 9, 2010 at Select Specialty Hospital. She was born June 22, 1961, in San Antonio, Texas. She is survived by her husband, Clifton Barbour of the home of 14 years; and a son, Austin Barbour of Zanesville.
