James W Tweedy

James W. Tweedy, 59, of Zanesville, died Saturday, December 8, 2012 at Genesis Hospice-Morrison House. James was born on August 21, 1953 in Martins Ferry a son of Alberta Fetty Tweedy and the late Wilbur Tweedy. James was a retired U.S. Army Veteran. Surviving are his mother, Alberta Fetty Tweedy of Rayland, OH; two daughters, Cindy (Phil) Cohen of Zanesville and Jaime Prica of Genoa City, WI; his fiancée, Gloria "Sis" Seevers Runkle; four step sons, John Runkle, William (Denise) Runkle, Steven "Dog" (Juni) Runkle and Justin (Amanda Morrison) Runkle all of Zanesville; six grandchildren, Shayla M. Cohen, Philip S. Cohen Jr., Jacob L. Cohen, Ashley A Prica, Jordan N. Prica and Kiana S. Prica; twelve step grandchildren; two great step grandchildren; three brothers, Richard Tweedy of Hopedale, OH, Tom Tweedy of Richland, MO and Vince Tweedy of Rayland; a sister, Cathi Ellis of Rayland and two special friends, Tom and Charlie Tilton of Zanesville. In addition to his father he was preceded in death by a brother, William "Bill" Edward Tweedy. Friends and family may call from 11:00 a.m. till 1:00p.m. on Tuesday, December 11, 2012 at Eagle Lodge #302, 1275 East Market Street, Zanesville Ohio 43701. A dignified cremation has taken place. Bolin-Dierkes Funeral Home is entrusted with all arrangements.
