Jaylei R. Hoopes-Murphy

Jaylei Rayne Hoopes-Murphy, 7 weeks, died at 9:51 a.m. Monday, March 5, 2007 at Genesis Good Samaritan emergency room. She was born January 15, 2007, in Zanesville, a daughter of Tyler Murphy and Misti Hoopes, of Zanesville. In addition to her parents, she is also survived by two brothers, Peyton Murphy and Owen Bennett; maternal grandparents, Shelly Pride, Charles (Crystal) Pride Jr. and Lance Hoopes, all of Zanesville; paternal grandparents, Clifford and Karen Murphy of Zanesville; maternal great grandparents, Charles and Linda Pride of Zanesville, Rose M. Noce of Bellville, OH., Linda Hoopes of Zanesville and Larry (Heidi) Hoopes of Middletown, OH.; paternal great grandparents, Betty Murphy of Zanesville; three aunts, Chelsie Pride, Britany Abbott and Courtney Brandom, all of Zanesville; one uncle, Ryan Murphy of Zanesville and many great aunts, great uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by great grandparents, Forrest Lee Noce, Layton Mills, Norma Brunton and Clifford R. Murphy. Friends may call from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. Thursday, March 8, 2007 at the Bolin Dierkes Funeral Home, 1271 Blue Ave., Zanesville. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday, March 9, 2007 at the funeral home with the Pastor Glen Smith officiating. Burial will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Zanesville.
