Jeanie Predmore

Eleanor Jean (Jeanie) Predmore, 83, of Zanesville passed away at 9:10 a.m. on October 6, 2005 at the Genesis Hospice-Morrison House following a lengthy illness. She was born on April 7, 1922 in Zanesville, a daughter of the late Homer C. and Margaret (Fitz) Leffler. Jeanie was a member of Trinity United Presbyterian Church, the Muskingum Valley Boating Association, and the Rambling Roses Ladies Group. She enjoyed sewing and gardening. Surviving are her daughter, Susan (Bob) Hodgson of Zanesville; two cherished granddaughters that were the joys of her life, Abby and Carrie Hodgson; and a sister, Patricia (Robert) Lehman of North Carolina. In addition to her parents, she was proceeded in death by her husband, Mack, and a daughter, Pamela. No calling hours will be observed. Graveside services will held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, October 10, 2005 at Zanesville Memorial Park with Rev. Jack McClelland officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Genesis Morrison House Hospice, 713 Forest Ave; or to the Animal Shelter Society, 1431 Serenity Lane.
